Jerry Bryant, an American Solutions for Business (ASB) sales associate from LaGrange, Ga., recently was named to the board of directors of ASB. Bryant accepted the appointment and said, “I am pleased to be a part of the board of directors of this great company and will do my best to help make decisions that will benefit us now and into the future." Bryant has been with the company since 2001 and will continue to serve customers in the LaGrange area and beyond.

On behalf of Glenwood, Minnesota-based American Solutions for Business (American), Alan Grundei, president, signed a three-year contract with Odyssey HealthCare, one of the largest providers of hospice services in the country, to provide forms, promotional items and technology to Odyssey's 90 Medicare-certified provider numbers in 30 states. Odyssey (NASDAQ: ODSY), lists annual revenue at $690 million and is based in Dallas.
