ASB Awarded Contract with Novation

Glenwood, Minnesota-based American Solutions for Business (ASB) has been selected by Irving, Texas-based Novation as a primary vendor to provide key business and promotional products to member facilities.
Novation is the industry's leading supply contracting company, delivering savings to more than 25,000 members and affiliates. In 2008, members used Novation and alliance contracts to purchase $35.6 billion in supplies and services and to receive discounted pricing through Novation-endorsed vendors such as ASB. The new agreement replaces the three-year contract between ASB and Novation, set to expire Nov. 30, 2009, designating ASB as an endorsed supplier of goods and services in 15 different categories.
“The Novation contract maintains the opportunity for American to grow its presence in the healthcare industry and offers a great option for Novation facilities,” said Larry Zavadil, CEO and chairman of the ASB Board of Directors. “We offer outstanding pricing, value and service to our present customers, and we are very excited to be able to continue to bring that value to Novation facilities enabling them to reduce costs wherever they can.
